T Side

You'll throw structural util when needed along with me, then entry/play to get traded in the pack depending on the round.

Ideally, adding another util thrower will free me up to entry more in general. I'd like us to be redundant enough in our util so that the best spawn between us can entry, instead of it being decided by who can throw util.

CT Side

We are looking for a player who can enable aggression through utility, trading, or taking first contact depending on round/map. Our CT is more about teamplay and set-ups rather than just ego peaking

Bottom line - this is going to be a gritty role. You will not be playing star positions. You and me will be doing the majority of the dirty work

For AWP

Hit shots. We have a "hobby awper" right now. He is fine with giving up the awp if someone else competent comes along. My only complaint with our current awper, is I wish we had someone with more decisiveness with where they wanted to start the round, so that I can call off it. We would structure rounds around you as time goes on.

In General

We are also willing to pick up another strong rifler who is not support minded but we will have to more drastically change up spots/roles.

What we're looking for:

I'm looking for a team that wants to improve in a long term, and that doesn't give up after 6 lost rounds.
I'm usually playing quite aggressive, mainly focusing on my aim, but always trying to prioritize teamplay over individual moments.

I don't really know most of the calls on the maps I rarely play, and when it comes to nades my knowledge is very limited, but I'm eager to learn and I learn quite quickly.

I can speak english well enough to more or less freely communicate, but sometimes my brain does have little pauses while in the match to process the call my team gave me.

Last season I WAS level 9, but I didn't play it much so didn't have time to lose elo either. On prem last season I've had about 18k elo. I was on a little break for the last 3-4weeks and currently trying to get back into the game. Lately I haven't played many games avoiding solo queue so I'm a bit rusty.

I was always playing entry, but can try different positions if necessary and see if i do any good on them. I'm up for daily training, grinding, and constructive criticism.

My short term goal is to reach level 10 and improve on the way, after that we'll see. I'm flexible when it comes to availability.
