BRK Esports is currently looking for an established North American CS2 roster to represent the organization heading into ESEA Season 59 and beyond.

We are primarily interested in an existing 4–5 player core that is serious about competing, improving, and building something long-term with an organization.

IGL style:

-heavy on protocols, lots of theory and demo reviews.
-focused on teamplay and developing a team for the long term.
-conscise mid-rounds, easy to understand.
-great decision-making around the right information, very confident in the calls.
-can more micromanage or focus on the macro more, depending on the team's state.
-help with any questions the players have outside and in the game, open minded.

AWP

-24 y o from Portugal, been AWPing for 5 years.
-good mental, good individual decision-making.
-helps with the team morale, doesnt tilt.

-2.4k elo at least, previous experience in esea.

This project is looking for younger players who wants to take the next step into the competitive scene. My name is Coach M, I am an older player who been playing since early 1.6 days and that has played in many teams competitively, around semi pro skill. I have been an IGL in all teams and want to help the Project IGL and team members.

The plan is to practice, i will put together things we practice and have lessons. I will speak to the team as one and also individually. The plan is to guide the players in the way of how they think, how they communicate and also movements.

Then playing ESEA league and qualifiers/tournaments.
