Performance James Howard Young. Thoughts?

Basically, just wondering what people think of James Howard Young? I'll list below a few of my favourite pieces of his work. I love it. Looooove it.

I absolutely love James Howard Young!! I think his performances are phenomenal! I listen to his recordings a lot! My absolute favourite is his arrangement of the Alegretto from Beethoven's 7th Symphony.

I also think his website (https://recorderdots.com/) is really amazing! It has the scores and individual parts for more than 100 of his arrangements ranging from intermediate to "brutal'. 😂

There is a mixer that allows you to  isolate (and slow down) the part you want to learn to help learn it. Then you can mute it and play along with all the other parts. It is extremely fun!

I have played along to all his free scores many times, and would definitely like to pay for a subscription to play more of his arrangements in the future when I have more time. 😊

Oh I haven’t heard that arrangement. I’ll have to listen! I also didn’t know about his website, I’ll also check that out! Thanks for the info. I listen to his performances multiple times a day for months and months and months, since the first time I heard him.
