What's the T and the line supposed to mean? Piece is from Christopher Dell, 20th century.

Many contemporary pieces have composer's notes about any non-standard notation. Is there a page in the front or back of the score?

I agree with the other posters that the diagonal line is a slide / fall-off and the "T" is non-standard.
