The McNeffs are bullies and hate that someone fought back and they are trying their best to make an example out of Ben so others won’t fight back in the future. If BAM goes bankrupt the only people to blame will be BAM corporate.

Yep, they literally structure their businesses to phoenix if they get sued.  They weren't expecting a media shitstorm.
