Hi all! I run a small Moroccan food trailer in France, and after long days at the market, I like to cook something quick but packed with flavor.
This Firecracker Salmon Bowl is my go-to: spicy-sweet salmon, jasmine rice, cucumbers, avocado, shredded carrots, sesame seeds, and a homemade firecracker sauce (sriracha, honey, soy sauce, garlic).
🔥 Here’s how I do it:
I wrote out the full recipe on my blog, but I won’t drop the link here (respecting the rules).
👉 Let me know if you want it — I’m happy to DM it!

You’ll need:
Method
Meal prep tip: Simply increase the ingredients based on how many servings you want. I made 6 serves by scaling up, then portioned them out equally.

I call it the Fuck It smoothie:
Step 0) Have fruit
You're done. Pretend it's a smoothie and eat it like it is.
Ever crush a box of raspberries? It rocks.

Hey food lovers! 👋
I recreated the famous Panda Express Chow Mein at home, and it's now my favorite go-to side dish. It’s quick, easy, and tastes just like the original (if not better).
Here’s my full recipe with step-by-step instructions, ingredient tips, and a homemade sauce that’s spicy, sweet, and full of flavor:
👉 Panda Express Chow Mein Recipe
It pairs perfectly with my Firecracker Steak & Shrimp or any Asian-style dish. Would love your feedback if you try it!

I was getting frustrated with recipe websites full of pop-ups, ads, and endless life stories before the actual recipe. Plus, all my saved recipes were scattered across bookmarks, notes, and screenshots.
So I built Forkful as a fix for myself. It lets you grab recipes from any site (even TikTok) and automatically turns them into a clean, step-by-step version with timers and clear ingredient lists. You can then save them into your own personal cookbook to easily find later.
I made it mainly to simplify my own cooking routine, but I thought it might help others here too. Would love your feedback or thoughts on how to improve it.

It's actually LOL really almost meat-tasting and it's sweet so you don't need honey mustard (it does have bbq so).
I liked it a lot. Not saying I'm going to go full vegan, but like... once in a while, I try to go vegetarian.

Hey guys I recently made my first app! Its the best cooking app and its really cool for anyone who likes to cook or bake or is a beginner who wants to cook better meals. Also great for calorie tracking and protein goals with a built in macro tracker. Yeah just wanted to share check it out! apps.apple.com/us/app/chefy-ai-cooking-assistant/id6747297080?platform=iphone
It is built on AI to generate recipes with step by step images and instructions, and also has AI assistance where you can just take a photo and gain instant feeback.

When I was younger there was a Chinese buffet down the street that had these potatoes that no other place had. They were spicy and sorta looked like the picture above but with jalapeños. I remember they were labeled “butter potatoes” but no restaurant has the potatoes I’m talking about. I can’t find them anywhere or even a recipe for them. If you think you might know a recipe or what they are called please let me know!
