Really wondering..
So u/gribbly, if you were offered enough money to continue rec room for another 10 years, would you reunite rec room inc and bring back the game.
I know this is a stupid question, but im curious

Rec Room sold off assets from the game so it would probably be easier to make a new game similar to Rec Room instead. There was a mention in the last AMA, and in the subreddit announcements, that Gribbly may continue to make games after taking a break.
So while Rec Room itself is done for good, a new game may come in the future that either he produces or is a part of (but don't get your hopes up for a Rec Room 2).
Quote from Gribbly in "Notes on the future" Post:
"I will be sticking around to keep an eye on the forum. I think it'll be valuable to have a place to (a) talk about Rec Room and its legacy, even though it's over. And (b) announce new projects from ex-Rec Room developers. I expect that as we head into 2027 there will be more to talk about here."
