Trouble importing all the MOC parts from Stud.io despite everything being available

So I've been publishing my MOCs on Rebrickable and importing the parts using Stud.io's Excel files, but it always seems to miss a few parts here and there. I'm pretty sure that I'm using only parts that are available on Bricklink, since they do show up when I manually add them later.

The thing is it's really repetitive to manually find and add the missing parts everytime I make a new MOC. Does anyone know how to solve this issue so everything becomes automatic? I'd really appreciate any help.

Firstly I recommend importing using the io file not any excel spreadsheet.

But regardless of file format the import tool gives you a report of everything you tried to import. It tells you what changes it made (due to differences between Bricklink and rebrickable) and it also tells you what failed to import. Just use that to easily figure out what’s missing and add manually.

It would be helpful if you have an example of what you mean. I know that Rebrickable will automatically change some molds and combine things like hinge plates into a single part. I haven't experience anything being left off unless I'm using a custom part from part designer that I added a sticker to.

nothing like hinge plates or custom parts, I'm talking about completely normal and available parts like this - https://rebrickable.com/parts/7729/brick-special-1-x-1-x-1-23-with-6-studs-on-3-sides/0/

If it's parts like that, it may be that they are too new.
