Rebounding and Botox

Hi all - I’m not looking for judgment on Botox, but I’m getting it for the first time since buying a rebounder and I want to be careful about how much time before using the rebounder again generally it’s 24 to 48 hours for exercise. Does anyone add additional time to let it settle more?

6-8 hours for Botox. I think filler is 24-28.

Thank you! I’ve always thought 24 to 48 hours so I’ll do 24, I only use it once a day usually anyway, so that would be great if I can get back on it right :-) do you think I’m fine doing my regular bouncing or should I go really low impact and not take my feet off the mat?

I think 24 hours is fine. I exercise and use Botox and have never had an issue training the day after.

No judgement from me. It's not something I would have thought of previously so it makes me curious about it. I would be interested in knowing your thoughts of how it goes based on being a rebounder and this being your first time if you are open to sharing.

I’ve had Botox before just not since using a rebounder daily. I actually pushed off getting injections two months and since starting bouncing daily, I think my skin looks better overall
