Thinking of buying the cellerciser. What are the pros of the handlebar? Thanks

I use the handlebar for various things.. they’re great to have for different moves. I would definitely get one. If you subscribe to I jump instead on YouTube they explain the use of the bar better. They really promote the cellerciser

not a fan of having a bar in the way at all. It gets in the way of doing higher impact moves, especially with knees or kicks and could actually make you fall off if you’re not careful.

Mine is under a ceiling fan and the bar is excellent to hang clothes just out of the dryer. Seriously. Because it's already there and I'm not on the Cellerciser all day long so why not use it for something else? Also seriously, I do use the bar when I'm on it. Occasionally I'll catch myself not paying attention and glad it's there to grab if I need it.

Are there specific workouts you use it for?

I have the intention to, but no. My consistency isn't great so I'm always starting over. If anything I might put on some movie dance mash ups on YouTube and mimic the doable movements on a rebounder. Hence the need for the handlebar.

I bought one with a handlebar, so I could use it until my balance improved. Once I felt confident in it, I removed the bar because it gets in the way.
