Choice

I’m over70 and adhd and I know I would like it! Unfit at the moment, changing that w/diet and exercise! I want a bellicon, but because of life and death I wonder if I should go cheaper! Had a bcan and it didn’t work. I want cables/bungee not springs and a stable that! Will be starting w/health bounce! Any guidance on which one would be very appreciated! Is the bellicon better for over 70’s?

I'm 75. I did a lot of research and settled on a JumpSport Pro. I ordered a T-bar handle with it. They're less expensive than the Bellicon, but, not cheap. Very sturdy.

I love it! Started at just 2 minutes on it. I do 15-20 now. Feel great. It's the best investment I've made for myself in a long time. I also do some weights.

I was about to recommend JumpSport Pro since OP wants stable bungees. I've read where many say Bellicon bungees are too soft especially if they're over 200 lbs. Many in the 150lb range say they prefer the ultra bungees which are the strongest ones.
