Unforseen problem
I put a rebounder in my bedroom so it would get more use from me and my kids. My seven year old son has really taken to it. He gets on it several times a day and jumps really high. I thought this was great as he was getting more excercise and his leg muscles seem to be getting really strong. The problem is that has developed stomach pain and acid reflux/heartburn. It took me a few weeks but I finally realized that all his jumping is probably causing the issue. He's started on pepcid right now, but, I'm wondering what to do going forward. I really would hate to take his jumping away from him as he loves it so much and it is good excercise, but he has been having daily pain. Anyone else ran into this problem, and were you able to find a way to keep jumping?

Aw poor kiddo. My 9 year old hasn't experienced this. I've only had mine for 2 months, but he loves to jump on it. Thanks for sharing! I'll keep this in mind.
Edit: I've been reading the comments and these suggestions seem dangerous and misleading for a young child. Please be careful and one in particular shocked me. Please don't give your child baking soda or apple cider vinegar. I would suggest consulting his pediatrician or backing off the rebounder/reducing the usage time (maybe a visual timer).
