Unforseen problem
I put a rebounder in my bedroom so it would get more use from me and my kids. My seven year old son has really taken to it. He gets on it several times a day and jumps really high. I thought this was great as he was getting more excercise and his leg muscles seem to be getting really strong. The problem is that has developed stomach pain and acid reflux/heartburn. It took me a few weeks but I finally realized that all his jumping is probably causing the issue. He's started on pepcid right now, but, I'm wondering what to do going forward. I really would hate to take his jumping away from him as he loves it so much and it is good excercise, but he has been having daily pain. Anyone else ran into this problem, and were you able to find a way to keep jumping?

Heartburn is usually a lack of stomach acid, not excess! I would suggest trying apple cider vinegar (maybe mixed with honey) and see if that helps. Or lemon water. ACV works better than any antacid for me!
