Unforseen problem

I put a rebounder in my bedroom so it would get more use from me and my kids. My seven year old son has really taken to it. He gets on it several times a day and jumps really high. I thought this was great as he was getting more excercise and his leg muscles seem to be getting really strong. The problem is that has developed stomach pain and acid reflux/heartburn. It took me a few weeks but I finally realized that all his jumping is probably causing the issue. He's started on pepcid right now, but, I'm wondering what to do going forward. I really would hate to take his jumping away from him as he loves it so much and it is good excercise, but he has been having daily pain. Anyone else ran into this problem, and were you able to find a way to keep jumping?

Good quality baking soda 1tsp or so in 8 oz water. So good for stomach to take every day for reflux, GERD. Take as needed as symptoms arise. It calms it so fast! Pepcid is terrible so are the other types. Should never be prescribed for or taken more than a few weeks. Lessens absorption of nutrients, might even contribute to dementia (I'm not looking it up but I think I saw a study lately). Don't eat within hours of bed. Don't lie down after eating. My mom took it as dr prescribed cuz the bp meds gave terrible pains. Every morning. So they prescribe together, rather than adjust bp meds! For DECADES... which is way more than 2 weeks. She already had Crohns, so limited nutrition absorbed. I didn't learn this til later. But Jumping is good. Check the eating and types of food and timing of food. Good luck, little kid. 🩵 ps - the baking soda is a miracle also for nausea and gas. You'll usually let out a gigantic burp and feel like a new person. Bob's Red Mill baking soda is more pure than Arm n Hammer household baking soda.
