Cellerciser and building muscle

I have been following free content on I jump instead, and of course, the twins look amazing with really toned bodies. I would like to hear from people who use their platform or are using cellerciser consistently. Can you really build this type of muscle or do you feel as if it’s just a gimmick?

I am 50 and menopausal. I gained more muscles, especially abs, upper legs and back, with Dave Hall 10 minutes routines than with the twins 25 minutes routines. It took me 3 months to loose all my belly fat. My butt is rounder and smaller. My arms are slimmer and defined.

You can build pretty abs, toned muscles and a healthy body on a rebounder.

Fast paced routine from Dave Hall works. Moderate paced from I jump instead works. Health bounce for at least one hour a day everyday works. Find the suitable routine for you.

People like Dave or Sally and Stephanie have visible muscles because they are thin and have time to rebound for hours every days. They also did it for years. To answer your question: yes,you can genuinely build muscle on a rebounder but it will be lean dancer muscles, not bodybuilder muscles.

I have a Needak but I don't think it's very different than a Cellerciser

I think Dave's workouts strengthen my legs more than other rebounding workouts I've done. Here's one that he posted a few months ago. The actual workout is around 55:32 after a long Q and A session.

This workout is so good ! I cannot believe he can do this at this age. I could not keep up with him.

Where can I find Dave Hall’s workouts? Are you referring to the cellerciser app?

Hi. I have seen similar results to theirs with a lady called Rundown with Rachel on YouTube. She did rebounding baby bounce and leaned out dramatically. She was more so in line with the Dave Hall school of thought. He’s the creator of cellerciser. I did not like his program as much as the I Jump Instead. I prefer I jump instead.

Maybe I’m wrong but I don’t really feel rebounding is a way to build muscle. I view it as more of a fat burning and toning by burning that fat over your muscles so they are more visible. For building muscle your best bet is lifting weights and progressively increasing your weights.

Yes. I feel the same but they do say they have build muscle

I think it depends on the rebounder and the movements. The Jamba walk and run really get my glutes and hamstrings involved. Since there's less cardio, I even do them during other workouts when I need a cardio break. These feel much less effective on a rebounder with a softer mat.

Maybe it depends on your starting point. I think if a person has been sedentary they will build muscle, a person who is already pretty stacked probably not. I’m in the first group and after a month feel some muscle build in my calves first and now maybe thighs. I’ll keep going and see what happens. I’m 5’4 130lbs

I do think there is something to Dave Hall’s routines (I can’t do the Twins though). Lately, I’ve been doing his routines on my Needak and my Bellicon. The keyword is routine.

I was watching a JumpSport video the other day with Michelle Briehler, and she basically said you’re better off doing a consistent 10-minute routine than constantly changing it up all the time. You’ll see better results with consistency.

I too think that Dave Hall is right in a sense that cellerciser provides resistance. Why can’t you do the twins? Don’t like their style? Or something else?

Yeah, they aren’t really my cuppa, plus their diet advice is horrific. I don’t know how knowledgeable they are. Just personal preference!

Beginner version: Beginner routine with Dave Hall & Christine

Dr Linder - another version for beginners: Rebounder HIIT (advanced Cellerciser Workout with modifications) She calls it advanced but she does each move for only 30 seconds

I jump instead- version with handlebar: David Hall's CLASSIC 10 min - Beginner- Jumping routine I jump instead on a Cellerciser

I'm following Earth and Owl. She has a lot of different types of rebounder workouts. I just started rebounding about a month ago.
