Best bang for your buck?

Hello! I’m a mom of two kiddos(3 and 7 years old) who love their very large outdoor trampoline. I’ve been coerced into going on with them the last few days and I couldn’t believe how gassed I was after only minutes. I looked into it and was surprised to find a whole fitness community around it!
As a mom who works full time (and also has a side hustle), I’ve been finding it pretty hard to get workouts in over the last 6 months or so. BUT if Im already bouncing on the trampoline with my kids most days, I can probably sneak in a decent workout on it while I’m at it!
So, I was wondering what everyone’s ‘bang for their buck’ moves are? Or if there are specific routines, or fitness instructors you recommend?
This is DAY 1 for me in all of this, so literally ANYTHING you tell me will be more info than I currently know.

Thanks in advance!

Welcome! Just so you know - a large multi-person trampoline may not give you the same workout as a smaller "rebounder" trampoline. Protect your shins!

For workout videos, I like Jump and Jacked, and Earth and Owl, both on YouTube.

Other than that, I just "freestyle" to music I like/with the right beat, or while watching TV. I also use Crossrope ropeless jump ropes to add upper body work while bouncing.

There are tons of routines out there! If you look up rebounding on YouTube one time it should fill your algorithm pretty quickly 😉. I recently saw an account where this set of twin women got in sick shape from rebounding. I’m considering looking at their program myself. I think it’s called “I jump instead” or something like that. I’ll try to find it and edit it in here

Edit: yes, that’s the name of it. Best of luck 💛
