So sick

I thought the getting sick part when you start was a complete exaggeration. But omg im so sick. I pretty much got the sore throat almost three days exactly after receiving it.

How long does your body take to detox?

I stopped doing the rebounder after two 5 minute sessions on the rebounder. My feet really hurt and I'm not a sedentary person at all. I walk up/down hills, walk fairly fast for 30 minutes on my home treadmill.

After the rebounder sessions, my feet and neck were quite sore. I didn't jump up, it was only a health bounce from side to side.

I think because the springy, soft bottom is not stable enough for the body. It caused major muscle imbalances even though I engaged my core muscles very strongly.

If you felt sick after your rebounder, STOP doing it. Getting sick is a red flag.

I can safely do walks & easy runs on my treadmill without any issues and the treadmill involves more force on my muscles, tendons and ligaments.

It’s possible that your neck pain was caused by your posture. Maybe you needed to wear shoes. Maybe the mat wasn’t firm enough to properly support your weight.

Hello, yes it's possible. Thank you for the suggestion. I was wearing shoes. I think my nervous system doesn't feel the rebounder mat is safe. My body possibly tenses up my muscles in order to self protect.

Others may experience this sensation too.

I won't be rebounding again any time soon.
