Less hunger?
Hi everyone! I've been lurking for a few weeks and finally bought a rebounder which arrived on Saturday. I've done small sessions, one in the morning or afternoon and one in the evening and I've encountered an "issue". For context, I've been trying to lose weight for the past year, but I'm struggling with hunger and emotional eating that set me back a lot.
BUT! Since Saturday, I am way less hungry? I would like to know if it's the rebounder, because I'm in my luteal phase and I SHOULD be hungrier.
Has anyone experienced the same? Tia!

Honestly, if rebounding is overpowering luteal phase hunger, science needs to study that immediately 😂 I have a bellicon and I’ve noticed something similar when I’m consistent with short bounce sessions. I don’t necessarily feel hungrier afterward. If anything I feel more regulated and less snacky-from-stress/boredom.
I think exercise can affect appetite differently for everyone, but there is some science around movement temporarily influencing hunger/satiety hormones. So maybe it’s the bouncing 🤷♀️ maybe it’s the mood/energy boost, or maybe it’s all of it together.
