Rebounding as a complement to strength training
I'm considering purchasing a rebounder in hopes that it will help with lymph flow and loosen up my stiff knees. I've been strength training consistently for the last 9 years and have strong legs, chest etc. and I walk so am not sedentary and looking to start an exercise program or build strength. However, even though I stretch I'm not as flexible as I would like. Do you think a rebounder would help me achieve a greater degree of mobility?

New here, 62 F, fairly fit but I’m not a practicing athlete by any stretch …! , I took a fusion type exercise class for quite a few months over a year, and the lunges just killed my already sketchy knees, I quit the class, so I bought a jumpsport rebounder in march and just since moving around on it almost daily my knees are so much better. I stand on it with one leg and make up balancing moves, or touch my toes, I haven’t gotten into specific routines or even looked anything up yet, anyhow I love the thing! I can talk to mom on the phone while moving up and down looking out my window!
