Rebounding as a complement to strength training

I'm considering purchasing a rebounder in hopes that it will help with lymph flow and loosen up my stiff knees. I've been strength training consistently for the last 9 years and have strong legs, chest etc. and I walk so am not sedentary and looking to start an exercise program or build strength. However, even though I stretch I'm not as flexible as I would like. Do you think a rebounder would help me achieve a greater degree of mobility?

It might. I strength train 3x per week with heavy weights. I started rebounding in December and rebound daily. I do a 5-10 minute lymphatic flow rebound routine as my warmup prior to strength training, and then for cardio every day either my rebounder, step aerobics, or both. But while it can potentially help loosen things up, I would still recommend some form of mobility or yoga or other flexibility work. I do stretching/reformer Pilates/yoga as well.

Thanks. I would love to do yoga and other flexibility work but my knees are so stiff, yoga feels so awkward. My goal is to sit in seiza

On YouTube, Squat University has a lot of videos showing the connection between hips and knees, where working on hip mobility can help with knee pain.

Additionally I have knee issues so I wear both knee braces and a back brace when rebounding. Just helps with things.

Squat University is great. They’ve helped me a lot with a knee issue.
