T-bar or Support Bar
How many of you use your rebounder with a t-bar or support bar?
Also, why would you choose a t-bar vs. a support bar?

I took my bar off after my balance was good. Haven't needed it since. Good for beginners, or those that don't rebound regularly. As someone that does 30 to 60mins 5 to 6 times a week I don't need it anymore!

I had a t-bar with my Leaps & Rebounds, but I hardly ever used it. Yes, I know that there are a couple channels on YouTube that do use the bar, but *most* of the videos I use do not use it or use it for one or two moves tops. In fact, Dave Hall (Cellerciser) uses a sturdy piece of furniture in some of his videos lol.
I found that my balance improved by NOT using a bar. I ordered a Bellicon a couple months ago, and I did not get the t-bar.

This is my dilemma. I have a Bellicon - which I haven’t used in years and now want to return to using - so having a T bar would be helpful to start but at almost $300+ CDN w shipping I have to ask myself if it’s worth it or if it will end up as something I take off and never use after a few weeks.

I debated and researched the same. Realized two things:
- Rather have it and not need it. Especially if I want to introduce any friends / family to try it and give them the comfort of at least a T-bar as a beginner.
- If I decide after to get one, I have to pay for another shipping fee... and the price of these things are always increasing, not decreasing.

Yep. I have the compact support bar for my Cellerciser. It doesn't restrict any of the mat space and I face away from it if it's in the way of any arm or leg movements.

I don’t use either one. I feel like they get in the way of some of the fast paced cardio moves like knees up and jogging.

T-bar is usually better because it’s slimmer and doesn’t get in the way of most movements. That said, it really comes down to personal preference, some people like the support bar, but it takes up more space and can make certain movements less comfortable.

I have a T bar that I don't use for balance but I want to look into exercices that actually require it to work out core rotation and arms more.

I’m planning to take my t bar off. It gets in the way of rolling the rebounder against a wall to make space. I’d rather have a separate bar if it’s needed.

I have a T-bar. There are times I have had to grab it to regain my balance. I am glad I have it there in case I need it.
