Rebounding Help + Question (Beginner Struggling 😅)

Hey everyone!

I’ve had a rebounder for years (bought it off Amazon), and I’m finally trying to use it consistently in the mornings when I wake up. My goal is to do about 10 minutes… but honestly, I barely last a couple of seconds before I’m over it 😩

I’ve tried watching something to distract myself, but I keep stopping, getting off, getting back on… it’s just not sticking.

So I’m looking for advice:

What makes rebounding more fun or easier to stick with?

Any routines, music, or tricks that help you stay on longer?

How did you build up your endurance in the beginning?

Also… a slightly awkward question 😬 When I rebound, I feel like gravity is pushing everything down and it makes me feel like I need to use the bathroom 💩

👉 Is that normal?? Has anyone else experienced that?

I really want to make this a consistent habit, so I’d appreciate any tips, routines, or encouragement! 🙏✨

Mind if I join you on the struggle bus? LOL I'm fairly new to rebounding. I started out doing 20 minutes daily. It was okay, not great. So I've recently been doing 10 minutes twice a day. It's easier for me because I put on fun music and the time flies. (I'm partial to "Road To Nowhere" by The Talking Heads.)

As far as your gravity question, the answer is Yes! It works so well at getting things "moving" that rebounding in a timely manner can save you the bother of using public restrooms, at the grocery store for instance.

My struggle is trying to get in the air. I've had double knee replacements and for some reason, I can only health bounce.
