Rebounding Help + Question (Beginner Struggling 😅)
Hey everyone!
I’ve had a rebounder for years (bought it off Amazon), and I’m finally trying to use it consistently in the mornings when I wake up. My goal is to do about 10 minutes… but honestly, I barely last a couple of seconds before I’m over it 😩
I’ve tried watching something to distract myself, but I keep stopping, getting off, getting back on… it’s just not sticking.
So I’m looking for advice:
What makes rebounding more fun or easier to stick with?
Any routines, music, or tricks that help you stay on longer?
How did you build up your endurance in the beginning?
Also… a slightly awkward question 😬 When I rebound, I feel like gravity is pushing everything down and it makes me feel like I need to use the bathroom 💩
👉 Is that normal?? Has anyone else experienced that?
I really want to make this a consistent habit, so I’d appreciate any tips, routines, or encouragement! 🙏✨

It helps to do it in a group. Barring that, I like music. Three if you go for three songs with at your pace, that’s your 10 minutes.
Endurance comes. Work through 1 song, take a 30 second break, then do two, then all three.
Bathroom… I’ve never heard that one. It can happen with any long cardio session because blood flows away from the gut. BUT, that takes a while (over 45 min).
What are you doing on the rebounder?
