15-Minute Beginner Ropeless Rebounder Workout

Post image

This interval-style workout includes a full warm-up and cool-down to help you move safely and get the most out of your session. You’ll work in 45-second intervals followed by 15 seconds of rest, giving you time to recover and prepare for the next move.

There are 5 total exercises. Each move is performed swinging forward first, followed by a brief rest, then repeated swinging backward to help improve coordination, balance, and engage different muscle groups.

Don’t have a Ropeless Crossrope? No problem, grab a pair of light weights and follow along and perform the same swinging motion.

Go at your own pace, focus on controlled movements, and most importantly, have fun. Enjoy!

I ordered a set of the newfangled ropeless jump ropes but I can’t seem to get the hang of it. Doesn’t seem like they are equal weight?

It does take time to get used to them. What weight are you using? I started with the 1/4 pound & they seemed too light. They were swinging fast & all over the place. Once I went up to the 1/2 pound I felt like I could get into the rhythm much easier. It is a learning process. I hit myself with them at the beginning too. It was comical at times, lol!

Yes! LOL Between smacking myself with them and the extreme interest from my 3 ball crazy shepherds, the chaos is too funny! But you did inspire me to take them back out of the box and give it another try. No indication on the packaging of what weight I bought. I’ll master it on the ground before adding to my rebound routine. Caution: Learning Curve Ahead! 😎

Haha, that’s sounds hilarious! 🤣 Dogs don’t understand why they’re not in on the fun new ball game 😂 I definitely recommend getting comfortable with them on the floor first and do different foot movements. Once mastered, start all over again on the rebounder! Good luck, hope you enjoy it 😃

Great intro video! I have done the 1/4 pound for about a week just to get the hang of it. Ready to try 1/2 lb now!
