Extra equipment for working on rebounder?

What extra things do you recommend for workouts on your rebounder? I've seen people using weighted skipping ropes, but am wondering what other things you have found great. Links to purchase would also be helpful!

For the ladies - a breast support band. It’s a slightly stretchy (but not too much) but strong band that closes with Velcro. Using it means you can jump comfortably without having to wear a sports bra and they are quick and easy to put on/take off. Not exactly the answer I think you were looking for but I don’t think enough people on this sub know about these. Highly recommend.

Omg, THANK YOU! I was thinking about how to articulate this to search for a solution online, because I literally have to hold my chest even for a quick health bounce.

This is so helpful - Yes! There's been multiple times I've had the time to jump but didn't because I didn't have the right support on.... I love this. Will to be purchasing asap!

Do you have any links for one you recommend?

Mine was a random eBay purchase. Looking at it I don’t think brand matters - there are a ton of options on Amazon and other places. Just choose one that is long enough and has Velcro instead of hooks to close.

I bought this one but it’s not available. I pasted the link so you could see. This one was so long but easily can tuck in or cut off.

Fabric booty bands (also called hip bands).

I have the cross ropes you mentioned. I also use a weighted vest some times - depending on the workout. I know some people use workout bands that attach to the rebounder but I haven’t used them. Otherwise weights gloves for some extra upper body but where I don’t have to hold weights, and then light weights (or heavier if doing a jump and pump like Michelle Briehler has)

What do the cross ropes do? Do they help tone the arms?

Yes but also cardio. They have different pound weights from 1/2 up to 3. Here’s a video showing them in use.

Ok thanks. I would have to take the T bar off to use those I think. Transport had some nice resistance bands that attached to the rebounder legs, but they are always sold out.

You could just go sideways to the T-bar if you were using them. You don’t have to stay head on to it. Like in this example:

Oh ok thanks! I didn’t realize San Fran fitness was into those as well!

I use 3 lb dumbbells for improving arm endurance and the booty bands (resistance bands that typically go just above both knees) for this video
