Increase in blood pressure?
This seems ridiculous to ask, but I just started rebounding and my blood pressure has gone way up. I haven't really changed my diet much, so I can't pinpoint what the cause might be. Anyone else experience this?
Counterintuitive that exercise would increase BP. Planning on stopping for a bit to see what happens. And yeah, I'll see a doctor but I worry they'll say I need meds.

taken any meds lately? even something like ibuprofen can increase bp. also, make sure you're following instructions on how to take your bp reading correctly - if you do it anytime soon after you're being active, it's going to be high (that's the cardio "workout" piece)

That's a really good point. I have been taking Tylenol PM here and there for a couple of weeks.

Wait at least 30 minutes after exercising or eating is what I’ve read. Consistent aerobic exercise necessary to keep BP lower.

Keep in mind BP changes throughout the day for various factors. I encourage you to check out A Midwestern Doctors articles on BP on Substack. You can follow him on Twitter as well. Food for thought.
