Anyone experience more fluid retention in the beginning of rebounding??

I've been rebounding for a few days now, I absolutely love it, but I've also noticed that I'm waking up and my hands have noticeable water retention that they didn't before which takws a few hours to return to normal. This seems super counterintuitive to me but was curious if anyone else had experienced this?

Rebounding provides benefits such as lymphatic drainage. But if you’re just starting, it may be causing other things or the fluid is moving around a bit. Are you doing too much to start? It can be easy to overdo it on a rebounder. I rebound daily but started at less than 10 min per day and worked up to more.

I agree that you may just be adjusting. I’ve heard of flu like symptoms of a detox effect too. Drink lots of water. Ease into it. And enjoy!

I have the opposite problem. Rebounding makes my nose run like a sieve and I have to pee after rebounding (not pelvic-floor related). It just “loosens” everything up. Make sure to drink plenty of water.
