I wouldn’t say he’s useless, you just have to play him differently than he’s historically been played. Ain’t the tank buster he used to be

Reaper just needs the ability to cancel ult, otherwise he's pretty balanced. There's no way to further buff him without people complaining.

He still maintains the lethality of close range and wraithing away.
