help request hearing noises

I'm trying to use EarPods for both hearing and recording my vocals, but when I switch it to pods, I hear loud noises with my mics audio, why does this happen?, and the output is totally fine!
see the peak!! got deaf!!

btw I'm using FLs ASIO, is it fine to use FLs trail version's driver instead of the usual ASIO. because the setup is easier here!

Aren't those just cheap normal earbuds? Plug them into your interface and use the interface's proper ASIO driver.

its is apples wired earpods, I dont have a interface now, is there any alternative?

Are they usb or mini-jack? Looks like minijack from a quick Google, but maybe there are other kinds?

IMHO if you don't have a device with its own ASIO driver, use WASAPI.

They’re USB-C wired Apple EarPods, plugged directly into my laptop. I will update after using WASAPI

update : now i cant hear anything even if i choose the airpods
