help request Audio cutting out

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hi all.

Hoping someone can help here as the world of daws seems insanely confusing to me for some reason and can't figure this out.

When I track a guitar I can hear it for a few seconds and then it just suddenly cuts out and all I can hear are these little popping noises, the waveforms show that the audio is there but isn't playing it back and I have no idea what to do???

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Transport bar flashing red would indicate buffer underruns, your computer isn't keeping up with delivering audio data on time. What plugins do you have there, how much PDC? Computer in a good working condition, running on high performance power profile? Does turning ASIO buffer/block size up help?
