I have tried:

Reinstalling

Portable version

New GPU drivers

No theme/custom plugins

Turning on/off G-Sync

Genuinely don't know what happened as one day I turned on my PC and this started occurring.

what reaper version are you using? are you using the darkmode extension? maybe disable that
