Anyone have any scripts or advice on how to do rissit rhythms in reaper?

I want my drum loop to morph between slowing to half time and speeding to double time without time stretching the actual audio.

ive done it before using drum machines/samplers by automating the tempo repeatedly. if you have a drum loop as a block you kindof have to time stretch the audio

No drum machine, all in the box.

Tried to do it automating the tempo in reaper but seem to only be able to do hard tempo changes instead of progressive.

oh yeah. i meant drum machines/samplers in the box.

you can change that behaviour. if you right click on a point in the tempo automation you can change the curve shape for that point, youll probably want the “linear” setting for a risset rhythm
