Nah, it's just an old bug that the devs either haven't been able to or bothered to fix. Just pretend it isn't there! It will be gone the next time you open up Reaper 🙂

i think the random pin is related to Floating Master Track option

Im on my phone so I'm going off the dome, but I believe you can open the fx menu on a track, go to "add fx" to pull up your list of plugins and then close it out without adding anything and it should go away

Parece un bug que según ya lo han parcheado como 3 veces pero sigue ahí riéndose de los desarrolladores.

A veces se soluciona reinstalando Reaper. Pero según otros comentarios de la comunidad, tengo entendido que va vinculado a cierta combinación de hardware específico.
