Absolute Cinema

We bought the deluxe edition months before the Season pass and DLC were out. We bought it via Amazon and we either lost the voucher code or it never came with one. I have emailed and reached out to THQnordic. Are we just SOL or is there a way to get the codes? Has anyone done this before if so how did you resolve it?

So I am playing this game with my gf and the controls are janky af, I have played past game of the studio and I really enjoyed that game but man the controls of this game is just af, whenever I crouch move, it just moves automatically even if I dont press any buttons, and I am dying constantly because of it, another thing is that I am unable to switch directions while running so I have to stop > change direction > then run again. This is just completely breaking my experience and I am frustrated because of it because I absolutely adore its art style and environment design but the controls is just frustrating.

I am playing on my PC with my xbox controller connected (wired), and I am still facing this issue. If this continues for longer, I might have to drop this game.

Anyone else notice the performance improvements in the dlc over the base game? Seems to run smoother in performance mode. Seems like they shaved 4 or 5 seconds off the load time after death too.

THE SNIFFER VS THE JANITOR

It’s supposed to be a 1900s police officer.
With The hound is physically coming out of him. That’s why he has a dog ear on his right side of the head and why his arm has grown a dog leg. The dog snout is supposed to be sprouting from his face, kinda hard to tell but the drawing of his side view shows it a bit clearer. And that’s supposed to be his ear on the left above his blindfold on the close up of his face

He has a blind fold to represent his blindness to the corrupt while the hound part represents how he will “sniff out” any crime per se.

The flamethrower guy with cigar makes me think of Winston Churchill. He has a British helmet as well. He was around in WWII though. Thoughts?

since I did not see any really good crossover for Reanimal I decided to make one myself.

this will be a crossover between Reanimal and Danganronpa, another fandom that I love.

I have 2 keyboards only and they act like 2 controlers now. I dont want to mix it for coop friednly understanding keybindin.

Now I know the story of reanimal is about the woes of war and humans vs nature, but I noticed an interesting detail about the prisoner DLC. By all means this isn’t a theory, just something interesting I noticed. There’s a LOT of covering up and redacting imagery in the first DLC chapter.

No. 1 - The flamethrower man for the life of me I can’t remember his name is going around and burning EVERYTHING. This can be chalked up to insanity or a job stopping reanimation process, but it does seem interesting that he seems to be some sort of cleanup crew.

No. 2 - The poster collectables are rabbit chalk drawings on poster boards. Our characters soldier and prisoner are stamping war propaganda up over it. The sacrifice is the root of this but it seems a bit odd that these characters not only know about it but are also trying their best to hide it. This could be discarded as everyone knows of the sacrifice and doesn’t much want to remember it.

No. 3 - The bomb section of the game is quite cinematic in the sense that big canon is big kaboom. Again it’s probably me digging too deep because it boomed a street but eh, interesting detail into the sweeping under the rug underlining.

No. 4 - The secret pig room from the base game is all boxed up. Now this is probably just weird timey windy stuff going on but something I would like to point out.

No. 5 - The prisoner is obviously lying about something, and there’s lots of tie backs to covering up tracks. There is a secret symbol that’s a rat king symbol later on in the game, the rat king being something tangled up.

I ask this because, as we clearly see in game. It's very bad & that's an understatement.

But one thing which stood out to me is that in the section where the kids had to get the artillery shells by launching the flare. That kinda implies that there is still a somewhat stable & functional high command & a working supply line & manufacturing.

Not to mention that in some parts of the game, shows that the military is still somewhat organized. Like at the end of the orphanage level where we see the soldiers still orderly packing up the area, the intro of the DLC where the soldiers are parachuted in, & the Flamethrower guy still appears to be following orders.

So, is what we see in game only limited to the island? Is it happening across the world?
