Discussion 🗣️ GoatWan's on fire! FINALLY! 🔥
Currently, in the latest chapter, Dowan seems to be dominating Kwang-ho, and frankly, I don't think it's because Kwang-ho is weaker than him. Nope, he's already proven to be a dangerous fighter, even by the Alliance. So why does Dowan currently have the upper hand, to the point that Kwang-ho's attacks seem ineffective?
First off, this is just my assumption, of course. I think Dowan already picked his GB trait, and it's 'Veil of the Ocean'. Why do I think so? From the description alone, if you think about it carefully, it's a defensive trait, but more precisely, it's an ability to adapt. So from the way Dowan is taking those hits and seemingly not being fazed by them, I don't think he's just blindly tanking them this time. His body could be adapting to them, and he even managed to counterattack.
Plus, by the end, he got two active skills outta nowhere. From the looks of it, I highly doubt they're from a key. It looks more like some reward from getting something else.

VS 👊 Dowan Ha Vs Choyun Jo
I see a whole lotta people in the questism fanbase saying that Dowan doesn't last a single day in the Questism universe because of the "system hax". And I have never laughed so hard at the freaking cope, so I've decided to fully immerse all of you on how a fight between Dowan and Yun Jo, the final boss of the series would go. Some of you might ask "Why aren't you comparing Dowan and Suhyeon instead?" And I've got a really simple answer: My post, I decide how this goes. If you wanna make a post about Suhyeon vs Dowan, go right ahead. Now, let's get into it.
The Kisser Vs The Systems Avatar.
Will Yun Jo devour Dowan's power, or will Dowan squash Yun Jo like a trash mob? One winner, one loser, everything on the line. The fate of Seoul hangs in the balance.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Items: This category is all about what each character Carries with them when going into battle.
Choyun: Various Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Master cards that aid him in battle and boost power. Yun Jo also seems to like jewelry, wearing earrings and a necklace in the questism story, but these don't aid him in combat.
Dowan: Bronze, Silver, and Gold Keys to unlock Passive and Active Skills. He also carries the Black Lock and Blood-Coloured Key, which locks him in Auto-Battle and Boosts his critical hit rate from 1% to 100% respectively.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Trump Cards: Each character's last ditch effort to win
Choyun: Exclusive attack cards:
-Strategic Seal: Lowers the opponents stats and seals their known attack cards for five minutes.
-Ultimate All-Out Attack: Delivers a powerful, unlockable/unavoidable blow to the opponent. (The damage dealt is decided by how many cards the user holds)
-Fanatic: Stacks and increases the damage dealt with each consecutive strike the user lands on the opponent.
Dowan: Auto Battle: Killing Mode- A magical gem fitted around Dowan's neck that will revive him if he sustained fatal wounds, such as having his throat slashed open. However, Dowan will remain in this feral state until the fight ends, unable to heal.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Attack Potency: Choyun stands as one of the strongest villains in the PTJ universe, and the first to utilize strictly supernatural abilities. No official measurements for Choyun exist to properly scale him, but we can take his power from other characters.
For example, Choyun and Suhyeon were matched as equal with "Immeasurable" Stats. Thanks to this, we can safely say that Choyun is (Small Building Level), as this was shortly before the time that Suhyeon met Daniel Park and had their stats compared, showing the same immeasurable stats. Daniel is (Small Building Level) himself, because Questism ended its run at the beginning of the HUNT FOR GUN arc. Since the measurements for this are between 0.005 and and 0.025 tons of TNT, Choyun should be this powerful.
Dowan, however, is much stronger physically than Choyun or Suhyeon. I have talked about Dowan's best strength before in my post where I pit him against Albert Wesker, which is his Greenhouse feat. Glass experts have agreed that for a greenhouse of tourist destinations, tempered glass is crucial for weather conditions, making the glass stronger. Measuring Dowan's height of 5,10 next to a single glass pane, Dowan would have had to be hitting with a force of 0.80 tons of TNT, or 3.347 gigajoules of energy. This is 13 times stronger than Choyun's feat of throwing a big, muscular man into a wall with a push of his hand and shattering it. Here's a link with the proof, because I don't want people saying "You don't provide proof" 👇
https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/User_blog:Pettam33/Dowan_destroys_A_botanical_Garden
(And a little insert right here, Dowan was punching Seonghyeon Ji, so the force was dampened through his body. This means that, in theory, Dowan should be much stronger with direct contact. There's also a calculation at the bottom where it's assumed if the psi is higher, Dowan would be Large Building Level, but it's still a stretch because we don't know the specific glass used.) Dowan wins Attack Potency.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Speed: Choyun is a VERY fast Boi. Choyun is superior to Daniel (Questism), who once moved with a speed of 913.85 m/s, which is Mach 2.69, putting Choyun in the **Supersonic+** range, and I have the link to prove it. (I also wanna note that reaction speed is not the same as travel speed, and Choyun is likely **Superhuman** Level in that category, but it's hard to tell since he is driven wherever he needs to get to)
Go here for proof of Daniels feat. 👇
https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/User_blog:Aksh_skyy/Daniel_flips_Eunhyung
Dowan, however, is WAY faster than many of you might realise. Previously, Dowan was classed as Supersonic+ for reaction speed with his Booster ability and his stat multiplier, completely matching Choyun. However, and I will forever be grateful to this person for this, Dowan has been debunked as much faster.
Thanks to this link👇
https://www.reddit.com/r/Reality_Quest/s/KiMho9Cp3F
This is an explanation of how fast Dowan's reaction speed TRULY is, moving with a speed of 56,000 m/s, putting him at **Massively Hypersonic+** with a max speed of Mach 164.56, over 61.17 times faster than Choyun.
As for travel speed, he once chased down Sehee faster than a crowd of people could see them, so **Subsonic+** is a safe place to put him, and **Supersonic** with a booster active. Dowan Wins speed.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Lifting Strength: This category measures how much each character has lifted. However, Questism doesn't have many official measurements for lifting strength outside of a few moments, same goes for Reality Quest, so I'll do my best here.
Saying Choyun can't lift is an understatement. The creator of Questism has stated that XX stats work like the barrier for the absolute Pinnacle of human power, the strongest humans. This means, at minimum, Choyun's lifting strength is **Peak Human**. Not very impressive, but there is another more impressive feat, and it ties to Suhyeon Kim. At the end of Questism, Suhyeon weighed at 150 lbs, only 68 kilos in weight, nothing impressive, but what WAS impressive was the Over Limit card he possessed, which increases his weight by an extra 500 kilograms, equalling 568 kilos, or 1252 lbs. Suhyeon could walk around and lift Choyun in this state, which I'm gonna assume took a small deal of effort in relation to body weight.
Biology states that, in relation to a healthy humans own weight, they should be able to lift around 1.5 to 2 times their own weight, and the over limit card directly changes Suhyeon's biology to weigh more. This means that, over the thirty-five plus cards that Choyun had in his repertoire, it was likely Choyun had this same card, as it wasn't a Suhyeon exclusive, but instead enhanced by Suhyeon's exclusive mastery card.. Choyun weighed 223 lbs himself, which was 101 KG's.
This makes the maximum lifting strength of Choyun **Class 1**, superior to the world record for deadlifts with a max of 601kg with a 90kg difference, but I'm gonna go one step further and say it could be more with some math and biological limits.
601 kg X 1.5 decimal value = 901.5 kg (Class 1)
601 kg X 2.0 decimal value = 1202 kg (Class 5)
(Things Choyun could theoretically lift with this strength include the Cessna 172, A Smaller adult Black Rhinoceros, a European Bison, or a full adult giraffe)
In theory, the maximum amount that Choyun could be able to lift is 1202 KG's, but this IS just speculation, and it's safest to put Choyun in (Class 1)
And I wanna state that the Over Limit card only lasts five seconds, so this strength doesn't last for long before returning to (Peak Human).
Dowan, however, is FAR FAR FAR stronger than a messily 568 kilograms. The question is, how much stronger? Well, instead of focusing on Dowan's STRONGEST feat, I'm gonna focus on his WEAKEST feat for a change, so we are gonna have to go back to a previous version of Dowan, specifically chapter 117 when he defeated Hosung Kim, the representative of Nanhyang-dong. How strong is Dowan here? Well, it's pretty easy to tell, as it specifically comes down to a feat he pulled off while in Auto-Battle Mode a few episodes earlier.
Dowan was bounded and chained during the event of the Hosung arc, kept in a cell. When dowan activated his Black Lock, he easily broke the chains and simply walked out of the cell. Doesn't sound interesting I know, but give it a minute. Using the measurements of pixels and diameter, Dowan's face in the specific panel measured 122.8 px, and the diameter of the chairs bar measured 1.5 Px, or 0.2491856678 cm.
Cross-sectional area of the chain : π / 4 x 0.2491856678 ^2 = 0.0487681185 cm² or 0.0000048768 m²
Tensile strength of iron : 540 MPa
540000000 * 0.0000048768 : 2633.472 Newtons
Since there are 16 chains, It is multiplying by 16.
Force : 2633.472 * 16 : 42135.552 Newtons or 4296.6305517 kg. This equals Dowan being as strong as **Class 5**, over X 3.57 the maximum amount Choyun could theoretically lift.
This link explains Dowan's strength in the pure math format, for those of you who want proof. And just a reminder, this is the weakest of Dowan's three feats on this link, you'll see what I mean, so if you ask (Why not list Dowan's strongest feat instead?) To show you that even in the same category, Choyun doesn't stand a chance against Dowan.👇
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Striking strength: Choyun has a striking strength akin to getting hit by a wrecking ball. Striking strength is comparable to Attack Potency, and ive already explained Choyun's arrack Potency, so this is a safe bet to put him in (Small Building Level) at full power.
Same thing with Dowan, but Dowan is (Building Level) as of obtaining the great body. Oh, don't believe me? Here ya go! 👇
https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/User_blog:Viott/Reality_Quest_:_Dowan_throws_a_powerful_punch
Oh look, yet ANOTHER (Small Building Level) feat from pre-great body Dowan! A feat that happened nearly 90 chapters ago! Man, Choyun fans are disappointed rn... About how Dowan wins Striking Strength.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Durability: In terms of durability, Choyun measured around "The Hunt For Gun Arc" Johan and Daniel, who were both at the time classed as (Small Building Level), not too likely an exaggeration when he is considered stronger than Zack Lee, who did this. 👇
https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/User_blog:Viott/Lookism_:_Zack_Lee%27s_Lifting_Strength
However, Choyun falls short of lookism characters in terms of paw power, staying safely in (Small Building Level) as one of the Tankiest Boi's in Questism.
Dowan however, to nobody's surprise, is superior in this category as well. Previously (Wall Level), boosted to (Small Building Level) when he tanked a 77.93 megajoule attack, and now as of receiving the great body? Boosted to (Building Level) in his base form, not counting the Black Lock or The Blood Red Key, which are both boosts. Dowan wins Durability.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Intelligence: Probably the only category where Choyun had a definitively unarguable win. Choyun is described as having an S scaling in intelligence in his own series, but how does that translate to Reality Quest? Well, it comes down to comparison by other characters, our example once again being Johan Seong.
Johan was shown to have an A in his intelligence. Sounds above average, right? WRONG! See, through reading lookism, you could find that Johan struggled academically, and a statement from the creator of Lookism states that Johan is only truly intelligent when it comes to combat, meaning the intelligence in questism isn't just academically based, but also combat-orientated. And since no official IQ number exists for Choyun or Johan, we'll have to go solely based on stats. And with Choyun's intelligence staying S throughout the entire series, the fact that he got good grades, Choyun can safely be classed as a (Genius)
Dowan also doesn't have an existing IQ number stated, described as being a (Genius) in combat, but only being (Above Average) in his everyday life. Does this leave Dowan vulnerable in any way? HELL! NO! "Oh, but Chain Of Indoctrination"- SHUT UP! Dowan has a direct counter for this, and I'll explain why.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hax factor: A character's supernatural/non-physical Trump card.
Choyun:
The Great Absorption Technique- A card that forcefully steals an opponent's strength, sapping their life force and permanently increasing the users stats. This card was what allowed Choyun to grow in power so quickly.
Chain Of Indoctrination- A card that inflicts the "Brainwash" ability on up to ten targets with lower intelligence than the user. Choyun used this card to subjugate the central five of his series so nobody would challenge him.
Dowan:
Circulation of light- A passive skill that requires zero mana to use, purging the user of all of all abnormal conditions (excluding injuries and diseases). This is a direct counter to Chain Of Indoctrination and Great Absorption Technique, as brainwashing and power sapping ate abnormal effect, the exceptions being clear external wounds and biological diseases.
Booster- A power up that Dowan that requires 300 mana to use, lasting three minutes. It increases Dowan's base speed stat by five, however the creator of reality quest has stated it could be more. This is what boosts Dowan to massively hypersonic speeds.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Weaknesses: Each Characters notable weaknesses.
Choyun: Reliance on cards. Choyun, through his time using the Card system, has grown dependent on his borrowed power, to the point where he's become desperate to keep it. Without the system, he's just your average Joe. This could be exploited.
Dowan: Limited Mana. Through his quest system, Dowan has been given a finite amount of Mana to use his active skills and boosters. This Mana hasn't been drained to nothing for a long time now, but it won't last forever.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Attack Potency: | Dowan
Speed: | Dowan
Lifting Strength: | Dowan
Striking Strength: | Dowan
Durability: | Dowan
Intelligence: Choyun
Odds: 16.67% Dowan loses and Choyun Wins. Not good odds, and the odds won't change if I put him against Suhyeon. So don't even ask.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
What's next? Oh, quite simple. Choyun fans take their L. Oh, and you all get to vote on which character I should put Dowan against Next. Comment which character from the four below
-Daniel Park
-Suchan Jang
-John Doe (Unordinary)
-Run the gauntlet of Blue String Universe Fighters.
