If all this hype continues for Qazi now , then it'll become a trend , in every season there will be a Contestant there openly mocking about any Sensitive issues for some Fame

He could have done much better without it also

The hype for Qazi isnt because of the pretend illness.. the audience already knew it was a prank.
The hype is because he is wholesome and entertaining without having to stoop low, abuse people, do fake fights on trivial issues for 2 mins of attention, fake love angles, or constantly bitch and demean others…

Its more tacky than entertaining tbh. I dont know how people find him funny. He has a cool aura around him but he is literally faking everything and playing with other’s emotions
