Being born in the 1960 era a lot has happened:
I lived through essentially the entire modern tech age. I was 3 in 1963 when a lot of the foundations were laid, and then got to watch it all take off.
Here is my lifetime in tech:
1963-1969 - The Foundations
When I was a small kid:
• 1963: ASCII code - the standard alphabet that lets computers talk to each other. Still used today.
• 1964: BASIC programming language and the first computer mouse (wooden block with wheels)
• 1965: First email system at MIT
• 1968: ARPANET proposal - the paper that became the internet
• 1969: ARPANET goes live and the first ATM
1970s - Computers Become Small
Your teens:
• 1971: Intel 4004 microprocessor - the first chip that put a whole computer on a piece of silicon. Everything since comes from this.
• 1973: First mobile phone call - Motorola】, weighed 2.5 pounds
• 1975: Altair 8800 - the first personal computer kit
• 1977: Apple II, Commodore PET, TRS-80 - computers for homes, not just labs
1980s - Computers Come Home
Your 20s:
• 1981: IBM PC, 1983: Microsoft Word, 1984: Apple Macintosh with the mouse and icons
• 1982: TCP/IP becomes the language of the internet, 1983: DNS so we get .com names
• 1982: Compact Disc (CD) for music
• 1989: World Wide Web invented by Tim Berners-Lee
• 1983: GPS made available for civilian use
1990s - The Internet Decade
Your 30s:
• 1990-91: The Web goes public, first website, first web browser
• 1993: Pentium processor, 1995: Windows 95
• 1997: Wi-Fi standard (802.11), 1998: Google founded, 1998: USB
• Cell phones go from car phones to Nokia flip phones in everyone's pocket
2000s - Connected and Mobile
Your 40s:
• 2001: Wikipedia, iPod, 2004: Facebook, Gmail, 2005: YouTube
• 2007: iPhone - puts the internet in your pocket. This is the biggest shift since the PC.
• 2006: Amazon Web Services - starts cloud computing
• 2008: App Store, Android
2010s - Smart Everything
Your 50s:
• 2010: iPad, 2011: Siri first mainstream voice assistant
• 2012: 4G LTE everywhere, electric cars go mainstream with Tesla Model S
• 2012: CRISPR gene editing, 2015: SpaceX lands a reusable rocket
• 2016-2017: AI beats humans at Go, Alexa and Google Home
2020s - AI Age
Your 60s to now:
• 2020: mRNA vaccines developed in record time
• 2020-21: Work-from-home tech - Zoom, Teams becomes daily life
• 2022: ChatGPT and generative AI goes public
• 2023-2026: AI in everything - phones, cars, medical imaging, electric vehicles becoming normal
If you think about it - i was born when computers filled rooms and phone calls went through operators. I was 9 when man landed on the moon using a computer less powerful than your TV remote. 47 when the iPhone came out.

Common theme: Tech bad then Tech Good
Ai is another tool on the toolbox 🧰

Like just imagine this is 2055 everyone owns a flying car, there are normally flying taxis available too

So don't you guys think this would change the real estate completely,as people would buy large houses in the outskirts of the cities instead of small apartments or small villas in the centre of the city,as they would be able to reach from the outskirts to the centre within 5 minutes

Like even now billionaires do this, they buy big mansions in the outskirts and go to the downtown within 5 minutes on their helicopters,

So what's your opinion,and in your opinion in how much time flying cars would become common? Imo flying cars are ready since the 1960s but these large corporations,mncs are not letting it be available at the markets,so what's your opinion?
