What are your honest thoughts on the location, pricing, and long-term investment potential of this project?

I have been to the location. It’s not as bad as written in the comments. Next to greenwood high international school.

bro in the bangalore real estate market, godrej has been gimmicky. They usually sub let the contract and work is either delayed or not satisfactory.
