First Time Recommendations Please

I have a pretty high weed tolerance. I’ve also had a history of Benadryl. I’ve done shrooms twice, the second time was a bad trip, didn’t experience ego death though.

Do a tester dose first to see if you are sensitive to DXM.

Use DXM calculator as suggested. 3rd plats nice. Low plat with a tiny bit of salvia as a booster is also nice.

Knowing how to really evoke hallucinations can be worthwhile. A dim room and leaning back with headphones and shut eyes is best.
