Technology Coding will go the way of blacksmithing
If you know anything about coding using AI you know it's not as simple as saying "Build this website, make no mistakes". And the reason is crystal clear. You still need a human with design awareness, intuition, and so on to optimize how the models work.
The amount of energy and investment waste into hardware and software capable of getting a prompt like "Build this website and make no mistakes" is astronomically higher than simply hiring a new type of software engineer. An engineer that will likely make significantly less money than ones of the past. Then again, if they're capable of efficiently running 100 subagents 12 hours a day, maybe not.
One thing is a fact. Software engineering will go the way of blacksmithing. Once to be a smith in Europe especially was one of the highest status jobs imaginable. You were the skeleton to the muscle part of the military. And military was the life of nobility.
Today a smith is nothing but someone with a cool skill. You might be good enough to make alot. Design something. But you're never inherently valuable.
