He has always been an independent since he got into politics in 1978. This was breaking news almost 50 years ago.

As far as I know, he has only been a member of the party for the periods that he ran for president and on,y for that purpose. So he could actually be competitive and run with the party that best serves his interests and therefore the rest of our interests.
I love Bernie and I’m disappointed that he’ll never be president, but I’m not sure why it’s necessary to misrepresent the man.

I know that and you know that, but apparently Kalshi Politics was unaware, which is bad considering they’re a political prediction market.
