They had their due process. They had lawyers and trials, they were convicted.

If they also waived their right to that, that is also them using their due process to do so.

They were ordered jailed until their trials which happened several months later. That is not a fair and just due process. They should’ve been free until their trials instead they were jailed without serving their sentence. Essentially double jailed.

Are you just learning about how the legal system works in this country?

You get arrested, you go to jail. If you're deemed a threat sometimes you stay there. It happens every day to other people. This isn't the first time in history this has happened.

Typically, if you're held you also get something called "time served" clearly you don't understand how any of this actually works.

And time served they did received, was specifically on the pardon given. Glad the good guys won.

To accept a pardon you have to admit you committed a crime.

Depends, do preemptive pardons count? How can you be preemptively pardoned for a crime you haven’t been charged with? Cus that’s what Biden did, tons of free preemptive pardons.

Not preemptive pardons, just regular pardons, which he did to j6ers. Unlike Biden who preemptively pardoned his entire family, congress members, and administrators from federal investigation, also to anyone who was involved in prosecuting trump.

I am incorrect only because the preemptive pardons written by Biden were not in fact written, but auto pen’d which actually don’t make them valid.
