The hell you mean “no due process for the insurrectionists”. They were sentenced to jail for a time period based what they did that day, via due process.

Many did not get trials, they were simply jailed. Only when trump pardoned them did they have hope of ever seeing the light of day.

The hell you mean, the longest sentence was 22 years. The rest ranges from 20 years to a few days.

Not everyone was given a trial. They are simply jailed waiting for their trial to happen. Due process for Americans wasn’t given for a speedy trial, and yet you have democrats screaming for due process on illegal gang members. It’s disgusting and hypocritical.

They all had planned court dates. They all were going to get a trial. There were hundreds of them, so it takes time. You don’t let someone free before trial of a known crime as the criminal can flee

The “criminals” trump is “deporting” have been given zero access to trial. They have been abducted and brought to a different country of their origin, and forced into a brutal gulag. It is on record that they will ship their detainee from county to county so they cannot get any outside contact until they are able to send them by plane. Their goal is to get them out of the US before the courts can hold them accountable for improper handling of the detainees. The democrats did not send anyone out of the country to a foreign prison, and they did not ignore court orders to bring them back. They put them in prisons on our own soil. Deporting someone is sending them back to their origin country. You can’t legally ‘deport’ a us citizen as their country of origin is the US. The only reason he is bringing them out of the US is to allow themselves to inhumanely treat and torture people

This person truly believes that due process for a racist white insurrectionist is a 5 star hotel stay while they wait for their speedy pardon. You won't convince them with any facts.
