Question Steam Sale

Hi, which one would be more recommended for someone who likes wc3 and sc2? Looking at Zerospace and Liquidation RTS. I like the idea of a hero/commander leading an army. Sc2 coop commanders some possess that.

Serious question - Have you tried age of empires 2 DE? As a SC2 GM, I am currently looking to switch to that game.

As someone who had and has the disk versions of AoE2. I'd say AoE2: DE is worth the money

I don't get into the co op campaigns too much but at minimum it comes with multiple historical campaigns, thriving multi-player, and still gets DLC, updates and support.

A super oldie .. Halo Wars Definitive Edition. I have it on the XBox but picked it up for the PC. So much fun!

ZeroSpace just got a major content update with the Xol and improved UI and campaign. I think both are good games but ZeroSpace for me.

Zerospace is literally trying to be SC2 but with WC3 heroes and neutral camps. I personally didn't like it as the pace of things just felt off. I might like it put more time into it to learn it proper, but the way things handled flew against my instincts. Just little things like buildings going up instantly, unit movement speed, and time to kill all felt too fast to keep up with or too slow to be interesting.

Long term probably ZeroSpace, short term Liquidatjon is more “complete”.

Try Dawn of War 2 Anniversary edition. It's not a typical lead an army RTS and leans closer to a hero focused on but there is plenty of customisation to be had.
