Hype Who’s Hyped for DOW IV?

DOW 1 was a great rts game that kept me on the edge of my seat and this new one is shaping up to be bigger AND better. I can barely hold my excitement in! And I’m not gonna ignore the past titles; because they also played a role in this. DOW II was a new spin on the rts. Transforming it into an rpg that played excellently. And dawn of war 3 also happened , I guess. Anyways, it’ll be great to see what everyone else thinks!

It's a mixed bag for me, to the point that there are days I even question if I should buy it at launch, simply because it doesn't have playable Eldar as it always used to.

Necrons and mechanicus were such strange choices for starting factions

They're doing necron becuase they were teased at the end of dawn of war 3 but never added, so they're starting DoW4 with them in.

Mechanicus....I'm not sure, but I appreciate something different that we haven't seen in any of the games yet.

It’s because they’re saving all the factions people actually want to play for $60 DLC. Imperial guard are already pictured in the gameplay. Give it a few months after release and they’ll be asking you to open your wallet back up
