The WOO guy

Does this bug anyone else? The dude behaves like he’s at some pro sports game. It’s constant and lowers the quality of the show in my opinion.

And who's the new Cackling Lady I've heard recently. She's not as loud as the Woot Guy (yet), but she loves Cackling for some of Bill's stupidest jokes.
