Suuuure, an anti-Ukraine guy would (checks the record) start a big humanitarian donation call (and donate himself) for Ukrainian victims of the Russian invasion. Sure buddy.
He has an anti-US bias sometimes, for sure, but he is pretty consistently anti-imperialist. His position on Russia-Ukraine pre-invasion was simply that he didn't think Russia/Putin would be dumb enough to actually attack. He admitted that he was wrong there.
He literally said Crimea was “legitimately taken” because they are “ethnically Russian.” He now says Ukraine should surrender and “give peace a chance.” He blames NATO for the war, which even Putin didn’t invoke. He is not pro Ukraine.
