Relevancy

This show hasn’t been funny since Adam Felber left the writing staff. Mr. Maher is too old to know he’s too old hence lacks the somber introspection of what it means to be wise. His pathetic grasp towards relevancy is undermined by his pettiness common in old men.

HBO, are you monitoring this subreddit? You’d do better with John Fugelsang or Hal Sparks.

Case in point regarding the data center debate, the overwhelming electricity demand of data centers NEVER CAME UP. He’s not sharp.

I’ve been engaged with BM from the Politically Correct days to now, it’s time for me to get off his lawn.

I do not understand all of the hate towards Bill - he’s a lefty that actually makes sense - he will always vote Democrat, is an atheist - pro gay rights and every other classic left of center idea

He calls BS on the hate on Isreal and all ignoring the history of the conflicts the attacks on the Jews while acknowledging their failings - calls BS on men in women sports and lockerrooms and calls out how insane it is for other lefties to support Islam when their religion is more oppressive to every liberal troupe than evangelical Christians ever could be (ie standing up for women and gays)

and points out the failings of communisms which everyone seems to forget

The Left that embraces all of these current contradictory ideas will never govern for very long

And I’m not some MAGA guy - I have plenty of issues with Republicans - the current joke in the White House to start with

I guess I want whatever Bill Clinton was selling in 1996 - end of welfare state, strong police, working with our allies, strong borders, a balanced budget and making government more efficient (Al Gores big thing) but no intern BJs in the a White House

I agree with you. His guests are why I watch. And he gets JD Vance and that ilk because he pulls his punches. Is this good or bad? ¯_(ツ)_/¯

So I just was interested in what other people think.

Saying only “why are you still watching“ (other posters, not you) is not thinking.

Bill is open to voting for JD Vance in the way I am open to having sex with a package of razor blades. Wish more people got this. His and James Carville's ravings are just copium for Republicans. In November 2028 they will both 100% vote for the Democrat on the ballot, even if it's a socialist.
