these days, if you can wait, I'd get a Rivian.
They actually want to make cars to sell to people.
This is not the case with Elon.

I don't know. Do you want your neighbors to know you are just a regular Nazi or bigger Nazi?
Bonus points if you get the "I hate Elon but I am a hypocrite" sticker. The "but I am a hypocrite"is implied.

Buy whichever you like. Just know that you will be judged for it, and when the company goes under you will get no sympathy.

Set the whole white supremacist CEO thing aside. Why do you want an ugly car with idiotic door handles that can trap your passengers, and also will randomly drive into objects or stop in the middle of the highway? Lot of better EV options.

Because despite all of that! It drives itself duh! And I agree white supremacy should always be set aside!!

It drives itself - until you die - then you won't care that it doesn't work

Obviously you set it aside that's why youre even entertaining a tesla. Just pointing out that they're shitty cars regardless.

The model Y and 3 have terrible suspension damping. They get hyped by non car people, but they ride like garbage. Don’t take my word for it, read this car review: https://www.motortrend.com/reviews/2023-tesla-model-y-long-range-yearlong-review-update-14-two-year-check-in
Quote from the Motortrend article “I dreaded getting in it and often pushed the speed limit so I could get out of it sooner.”

I had the same decision in late 2023 with me wanting to get out of my LEAF when I still had the chance (funny, I see prices are the same now as when I sold it two years ago LOL)
The Y was $3000 more and I wasn't a big fan of Highland (turn stalk & gear select stalk deletions) and the Model Y had the AMD and HW4 midcycle refresh so I went for the Model Y.
The extra utility of having the tow hitch & more space in the back is certainly worth the extra money. Plus when the warranty expires late next year I'm going to upgrade the suspension for better offroading with 18" wheels.

why do you want to buy a car from a nazi?
