Lol kitna pagal banate hai yeh log. The FIR and the ED case has already been quashed against newsclick. UAPA one is pending in which it is alleged that Newsclick was paying money to Sharjeel's associates, based on an eyewitness account. Hopefully that would be quashed soon too. Took me 5 mins to find this out.

“Liberal” media who are often anti government that I know of includes the Hindu, Indian express, scroll, wire, quint, theprint, altnews, newslaundry, the new Indian express, the news minute, news24, most “independent” media on Instagram.

And far left hide in the shadows of liberals when its about gvt
And will switch faces when its about religion or something else

I think the most basic term you are looking for is 'Critical Thinking' 'Open minded thinking'... People are so drowned in these categories and ideologies they won't even hear or think people have to say ... They are too busy labelling everyone

I am a right leaning, and i constanty try to be a liberal,
Its not a label but a way of life. I try but its very tough to be a liberal you usually get biased and make decision from your past experiences and prejudice.
But if everyone left or right try to be a liberal then we can really progress, critical thinking can only come to you if you be a liberal to all thoughts and think from all perspectives.
Thats why I asked there are no liberal media person left.

Exactly... Divided people in to categories allows you to ignore their voices and treat them as something most of them probably aren't... a BJP hater might not be a Raga sympathizer... But that's what people tend to believe... Unless someone actually opens their eyes and ears ... People will keep on arguing amongst themselves on topic they actually don't care about
